Q1: what is the difference between commercial grade and residential? Where is the entrance?
A: The difference is the material used to make the item. Commercial grade will be more durable to continuous use. The entrance is through the front of the item.
Q2: What is the actual height of the bounce floor area?
A: The bounce area measures 8L x 8W x 7.5H feet.
Q3: How do you wet the slides? Are those hose attachments?
A: There is a hose connection that will wet the slide for you. It is located on the back of the bounce house.
Q4: Do you have to get off or out of the structure to slide again or are the steps inside the bounce house? How do you keep the water clean?
A: You would climb through the bounce area to go down the slides. You would not want to leave water in the bouncer. The bouncer should be drained after each use and be completely dry before putting away.
Q5: can adult play on this slide to how durable is it?
A: This item is durable but we do not suggest that adults use this bouncer. A commercial grade product would be more durable for adults.
Q6: How do you get up to the slides - is it from the inside bounce area or from the outside. Also, is it like a climbing wall?
A: You will climb up through the bounce house area.
Q7: Where does the hose hook up at and does the water recirculate?
A: The hose connection is on the back of the Rainforest Rapids. The water does not recirculate.
Q8: Are the slides easy to slide down wet or dry. Because some of them that we have looked at net some kind of sheet to slide on.
A: These are easy to slide down when wet or dry.
Q9: Is it possible to buy a patch kit for the inflatables?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer a patch kit. They are included with our inflatables.
Q10: what is the weight limit per child and how many can play on it
A: This has an overall capacity of 500 lbs and the weight capacity will determine how many can play on it. For safety reasons we suggest that no more than 5 children play in it at a time.
Q11: Does this slide have foot holes or do they enter through the bounce house floor?
A: They will enter through the bounce house area.
Q12: Is the base of the 3 water slides inflated?
A: The base is not inflated.
Q13: Can you keep inflated for the whole summer with temps around 110 degrees

It should not be kept inflated 24/7 during the season.
Q14: we were looking at inflatable slides for our 3 boys, 12, 7 and 4. Can you not leave the slide out? Someone would use it just about everyday, I'm sure. I know that I wouldn't take it down and put it up everyday. What's your suggestion.
A: You may not need to put it up everyday but you will need to turn the blower off and put it up out of the weather. They are not made to withstand rain.
Q15: What age is recommended for this?
A: The recommended age for this bounce house is 3-10 years old.
